Wacky dust storm

I already posted these on Facebook, but thought they were worth a repeat here. This is the red dust storm we awoke to this morning. I seriously thought we'd either landed on Mars or else the End had come. I thought they'd cancel school since it's still so windy and dusty, but not so lucky (for the kids). No teddy bear olympics for Bronte's Kindy class today, I guess.

It was so very red -- and this taken at 8am. Earlier it really looked like Mars.

This chair blew over the fence from the back yard into the front. And I thought the porch needed dusting before...
