This week is Education Week for all of New South Wales. Ravi's school has chosen their weekly theme to be art in education, so all activities have been art-related. Tuesday night Chris and I attended an art exhibition of all the students artwork beautifully displayed at school. Ravi's was called "Sunset" and looked like an impressionist painting full of dots. We purchased it to proudly display it at home. Today parents were invited to participate in various activities at school. I was able to see Ravi's class, meet his teachers, and connect with other parents. We participated in various art projects, and Bronte was thrilled to be included. I spent the morning at school and was so glad to have the chance to learn more about what Ravi's doing. The funniest part, however, was the response Yared got from the other kids. They couldn't get enough of him. He had a large following everywhere he went, and several of Ravi's classmates gave him food, held his hand, laughed when he waved, patted his head, and were truly sad to see us go. He loved every minute of it.

Yared certainly has that effect on people! He is so lovable.
